Phisis is an eco-luxury small retreat center been built with stone, wood, and natural mortars based in lime and cocciopesto to give the best comfort. It is situated on Kalotarritissa, one of the most beautiful beaches of Donousa.

The natural materials vibrate together with the energy of the bodies and allow the rooms to be fresh in summer warm in winter and absolutely dry for a truly relaxing and healthy stay.

All the rooms overlook a Mediterranean garden with an astonishing sea view. A very nice and wild beach with crystalline water is located just 100 meters from the place. There is no other building in the area and this permits you to get fully connected with the nature and enjoy at best your retreat.

Just beside the building, there is the common space where you'll enjoy your meals, rest on our Hammock, and wind down on mats and pillows in our relaxing corner under the shadow of a wooden pergola.

A stone path will lead you to the shala placed just in front of the seawater where you can enjoy the pure energy of the bay and immerse yourself in your session.

Our Nourishment

Our retreat meals are made from home grown local ingredients that nourish body, soul, and spirit. Prepared by our in-house chef with deep roots in Greek culture and macrobiotic wisdom, each dish honors the land and the seasons. Expect freshly baked bread, vibrant salads and fruits, fresh eggs and local cheese blended in traditional recipes crafted with love.

We begin each day with a silent late breakfast, followed by a wholesome vegetarian dinner, with fruits, teas, and nourishing snacks available in between. On our final dinner, we gather for a joyful celebration meal where everyone is free to choose and savor whatever their heart desires, honoring the journey we’ve shared.

Phisis, our retreat center, offers an intimate and exclusive experience, with only 6 beautifully designed rooms and a maximum of 12 participants.

All rooms overlook a lush Mediterranean garden and offer an uninterrupted view of the Aegean Sea, creating the perfect environment for rest, inspiration, and connection with nature.

Each room is uniquely crafted with natural materials, stone walls, and refined finishes, offering comfort, privacy, and simplicity. Options range from shared triple room to luxurious private suite, with prices between €2,100 and €3,500, depending on your room type and occupancy.

All packages include 7 nights of accommodation, daily meals, all practices, rituals, excursions, and transportation from the port.
