Apostolia Papadamaki is a visionary choreographer and director who creates unique ceremonial performances under the concept of Anamnesis (ἀνάμνησις), meaning "Remembrance" in Greek. These performances are experiential and participatory, inviting the audience to become active participants rather than mere spectators. Set in Greece’s most sacred archaeological sites, her works serve as a call to the soul to remember its origins, honoring the profound relationship between Humanity, Nature, and the Divine.

As an Ancient Greek Wisdom Keeper and mentor in embodied practices, Apostolia has dedicated her artistic journey and teaching to exploring how Ancient Greek Mythology, Philosophy, Drama, and History can be revived through performative, ritualistic expressions. Her work activates these sacred sites, invoking a sense of remembrance and connection in the hearts of those who witness or participate. Apostolia believes that ritual is the enactment of a myth, and by participating in a ritual, one steps into the myth itself.

For over 15 years, she has choreographed theatrical productions of Ancient Greek Tragedy, with deep expertise in orchestrating Logos (λόγος - Word), Melos (μέλος - Music), and Orchesis (ὄρχησις - Movement), creating a holistic experience that echoes the ancient rituals of Greece.
