An Anamnesis Workshop by Apostolia Papadamaki
Rooted in the Anamnesis methodology, this workshop bridges performance art, somatic research, and ancestral healing. Through an experiential process Apostolia Papadamaki calls Embodied Archaeology, participants explore the body as a living archive where memory, emotion, and lineage are inscribed within the bones.
Drawing from her interdisciplinary background in dance, ritual, and contemporary performance, Apostolia guides participants into a deep dialogue between body and memory. Through movement, breath, voice, and touch, hidden layers of ancestral experience are traced, witnessed, and released, revealing the innate intelligence and creative potential of the human body.
Ancestral Bone Wisdom invites artists, movers, and seekers alike to rediscover the body as a vessel of remembrance, a site where healing, transformation, and creation coexist.
